The harvest is manual with careful grape selection to ensure the excellence of the final product. The wine is fermented with prolonged macerations and aged for approximately 16 months in new French oak barrels, giving it an elegant and complex structure. Matsu El Viejo presents a deep cherry-red color. On the nose, you can note ripe black fruits, cocoa, vanilla, and a blend of spices.
