Mein Tega do Sal 2017 is a red wine from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra produced by the winery Adega Ponte da Boga , belonging to the Cvne group. It comes from vineyards located on the steep slopes of this Galician region, where slate and granite soils predominate, bringing mineral character and freshness to the wine. It is made mainly with Mencía , accompanied by small proportions of traditional native varieties of the area.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels , which adds complexity and structure without hiding the Atlantic character of the fruit. The result is an elegant and balanced red wine that reflects the landscape and the identity of the heroic viticulture of Ribeira Sacra.
