Nacelcanto 2022 is a red wine that captures the essence of the Montes de Toledo through the unique project of Dehesa El Molinillo. Inspired by the sunrises and sunsets over the Dehesa, this wine seeks to reflect the strength and beauty of the landscape. It comes from an organic high-altitude vineyard, benefiting from the ancient Raña soils, where the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah mature evenly. Manual harvest and rigorous selection precede a 12-month aging in French oak barrels and terracotta amphorae, blending complexity and expression of the vineyard. Its aroma, a mix of blackberries, black cherries, violets, and spices, is complemented by black olive and smoky notes. On the palate, it offers a combination of ripe dark fruit and minerals, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish. Ideal between 16-18 ºC, it pairs well with red meats, game, stews, aged cheeses, and roasted vegetables, showcasing its gastronomic potential.
