Fuerza Natural Semillon 2021 is one of the distinctive wines created by Fernando Almeda and Elías López Montero, focusing on the recovery of the viticultural heritage of the Itata Valley. This wine is derived from centenarian vines grown in dry farming and is made under minimal intervention principles to preserve the authenticity of its origin. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and skin contact, followed by aging in clay jars, providing complexity and texture to the wine without losing its freshness and mineral character. On the nose, it features aromas of ripe citrus, yellow apple, quince, and hints of tea and beeswax. On the palate, it is broad and vibrant, with fresh acidity and a prolonged mineral finish. Ideal for pairing with seafood, fatty fish, Asian cuisine, and cheeses between 10 and 12 °C.
