This elegant Pinot Noir comes from Burgundy and is made from grapes from twenty carefully selected plots. The vineyards are located on clay soils with gravel and earth, providing finesse and fruit expression. The mild climate favors a slow and uniform ripening of the grapes.

Fermentation takes place in open wooden vats, followed by 16 months of aging in oak barrels, 15% of which are new. This traditional approach ensures elegance and subtle integration of wood aromas without dominating the fruit.

Light ruby red color. On the nose, an expressive bouquet of red cherries, plums, strawberries and raspberries, with a touch of toast and clove. The palate is smooth and lively, with light tannins and a juicy, fresh finish.

Ideal with savory pies, spicy stews or mushroom dishes. Serve slightly chilled, between 16 and 18 °C, for an optimal experience.
