Mancini's Paccheri are made exclusively with durum wheat grown directly by the company in Italy. The only ingredients are semolina and water. They are stretched with circular bronze molds and dried at temperatures between 36 °C and 55 °C for 23 hours. They have a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 50 mm. The baking time is 12 to 14 minutes.
