St Petroni is a very unique red vermouth as it is made from the Albariño variety. Vinified on lees, it is then subjected to a handcrafted controlled maceration of 29 botanicals and colored with hibiscus flower to give it a characteristic dark red with coppery glints. Ripe fruits, vanilla and delicate pastries stand out on the nose. The palate has a fresh, ample and elegant entry, capable of balancing acidity, sweetness and bitterness, with great volume, breadth and long finish. Its aftertaste of bitter and intense sweetness stands out.
