100% Tinta del País or Tempranillo. Harvest by hand in small boxes. Meticulous selection of the bunches on the reception table. Fermentation was carried out with whole clusters in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

High color intensity. Bigarreau cherry red tone. The nose presents intense aromas of red fruits and blue flowers and violets mixed with the characteristic aromas of aging. Aromatically it is a very attractive wine. In the mouth, it is a tasty and silky wine in which the fresh touches of the fruit blend with the toasted notes of an impeccable wood. Well-structured and balanced. Showing ripe and rounded tannins. Good acidity and persistent in the mouth.

Pairs perfectly with grilled fish, grilled meats and sausages and cheeses. It will also work very well as a very fresh aperitif.
