Raventós i Blanc De Nit 2024 is a unique pink sparkling wine, the result of an organic and biodynamic process carried out in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. Inspired by the great pink champagnes, this wine reflects the style and philosophy of Conca del Riu Anoia. The 2024 harvest, characterized by favorable climatic conditions, produced healthy and balanced grapes. Made from 50% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeu, 10% Parellada, and 10% Sumoll, which provide its distinctive pink hue and complexity. Aging on lees for a minimum of 18 months results in a sparkling wine with a fresh aromatic profile, featuring notes of red fruit, citrus, and flowers. Its fine bubbles and marked acidity make it perfect for pairing with a range of dishes, from appetizers to sushi and sashimi. The Extra Brut profile and its freshness make it a versatile companion.
