This wine is made exclusively from the Xarel.lo variety, sourced from a single estate of 0.97 hectares, located in the highest lands of Alt Penedès, where the chalky soils impart depth and character to the wine. The vines, planted in 1940, are cultivated using organic practices, without the use of herbicides or pesticides, reflecting Recaredo's commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment. The harvest is done manually, ensuring each bunch is treated with the utmost care. The vinification occurs on-site, ensuring total control of the process. The second fermentation and bottle aging are carried out exclusively with natural corks, allowing optimal development of aromas and flavors.
