Roger Groult Sidra Brut Gran Cuvée Millésime 2017 is an outstanding cider from Normandy, created by a family with a long tradition in cider and calvados making. The production uses ten varieties of bittersweet apples, all hand-picked from their own orchards. This diversity of apples provides a perfect balance and exceptional aromatic depth. After fermentation, the cider matures for 24 months on lees and is refined in French oak barrels to enhance its texture and complexity. Aromas of ripe apple, pear, white flowers, and pastry notes stand out on the nose, complemented by a spicy background.
