Produced by the renowned Roger Groult house, with over five generations of tradition at the heart of Pays d'Auge, it uses traditional bittersweet apples to achieve a unique balance and depth. The cider undergoes 24 months of aging on lees and is refined in oak barrels, enhancing its texture and aromas without overshadowing the fruit. On the nose, notes of ripe apple, pear, and white flowers stand out, complemented by hints of pastry and spices.
