Fully organic, it comes from vineyards located in Balbaína and Burujena, on albariza soils with Atlantic influences. Spontaneous fermentation and aging on lees for four months impart rich complexity. It has an aroma of ripe apple, peach, stone fruit, and dried herbs, with a unique mineral backdrop.
