Sierra Cantabria XF Rosado 2024 is a limited edition rosé wine created in collaboration between the Eguren family and Xandra Falcó, Marchioness of Mirabel. Made in the D.O.Ca. Rioja, this wine is a modern interpretation of Rioja rosé, combining freshness and Mediterranean elegance. It is produced from a blend of red and white varieties such as Garnacha, Sauvignon Blanc, Viura, Tempranillo Blanco, Maturana, and Tempranillo, from sustainably farmed vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The production includes gentle maceration and fermentation with native yeasts at low temperatures, preserving the fruit's purity. It offers aromas of fresh red fruits, raspberry, pomegranate, wildflowers, citrus, and hints of anise with a mineral background. On the palate, it is vibrant and silky with excellent acidity, and a long, refreshing finish with notes of red fruit and citrus. A sophisticated and gastronomic rosé, perfect as an aperitif or paired with Mediterranean dishes, sushi, fish, rice, or light summer meals.
