Mouth: En boca es un vino fresco, untuoso. Mucha fruta en boca, recuerdos cítricos junto a una salinidad especial. Final largo y persistente.
Nose: Nariz compleja. Predominan las frutas blancas como la pera o la manzana. Notas de flores blancas, hierbas de monte bajo y recuerdos cítricos.

Sketch is a very special Albariño white wine. Sketch is made from the Albariño grape variety. The grapes come from old vines between 60 and 80 years old planted very close to the sea, in the area of Meaño , which gives the wine a special saline character , fermentation takes place in large barrels of 750 liters trying, as usual in Raul Perez , that the wood does not hide an iota of the identity of the terroir. Sketch does not undergo malolactic fermentation. It rests in the same barrels for 12 months.
