Old vineyards of red Grenache planted in soils very poor in organic matter, loose granitic sandy soils, with numerous outcrops of slate, planted at more than 800-1000 meters altitude.

Elegant, complex and fresh aroma, characteristic varietal notes of red fruits, strawberry, cherry, mixed with jasmine, mint and balsamic notes. Light and agile in the mouth, but very fresh, complex, persistent, round and pleasant with an aftertaste also aromatic and perfumed, with a very particular bitter tone. Suitable to consume as an aperitif and to accompany dishes such as red tuna, salmon, rice, pasta, cheeses, at a temperature of about 8ºC. A sophisticated, dynamic wine for a public looking for something different.
