Naranjas Azules Garnacha 2023 from SotoManrique is one of the most original rosés from the Sierra de Gredos. Made exclusively from old Garnacha vines, it is inspired by the great Provençal rosés, bringing a unique personality thanks to the mountain vineyards of Cebreros and their granitic soils. The Blanc de Noirs technique ensures that only direct-press must is used, without maceration with skins, preserving freshness and aromatic purity. Low-temperature fermentation in concrete tanks enhances its delicacy. On the nose, the wine exudes aromas of strawberry, cherry, red fruits, jasmine, and mint, all accompanied by an elegant floral background. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, lightness, and silky texture, with perfect balance and a long, slightly bitter mineral finish. It is an attractive and gastronomic rosé that reflects the complexity of its origin.
