100% Godello from an east-facing plotof 0.3 ha of sandy soils , which gives freshness and a special finesse to this wine. The planting densityis 3,200 vines/Ha which is equivalent to an average yield of 40 hl/Ha or 1.2 kg grapes/straw. In this vintage, as there were not enough liters for the 1500 liter foudre, the must fermented with its indigenous yeasts in 2 French oak barrels of 700 liters. Towards spring, the wine developed a light veil of flor that gives this wine a special character. The wine remains in the barrels for approximately 18 months.
