Zárate Tras da Viña Albariño 2020 comes from the historic Tras da Viña estate in the Valle do Salnés. Made by Eulogio Pomares, its vineyard has granitic soils that contribute a distinctive profile. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel, and the wine is aged for 24 months on its fine lees, without bâtonnage or malolactic fermentation. This process enhances its depth and freshness, notes that blend with citrus aromas, pear, white peach, flowers, smoky notes, and granitic minerality. On the palate, it is vibrant with exceptional acidity, great volume, and a long, salty finish.
