We are Palacio Oliaxi, a family of producers and farmers of AOVE from the third generation. Our owned estates, with organic Hojiblanca and Picual olives, are located between the municipalities of Osuna and La Roda de Andalucía, in the province of Seville.

Our AOVE “We The Legend”, premium early harvest for foodies and the most demanding palates, and “Oliventus”, ideal for daily use. With our daily passion for the field and the olive grove, we guarantee the highest quality and enjoyment in every drop of this so-called liquid gold.
