Two siblings, Carlos and Maria, started a bakery and pastry project in their hometown in 2004. Their goal was to be their own bosses and offer products that their community did not have. Now, with years of experience, they seek to promote their Bica Mantecada and showcase the beauty of Montederramo and Ribeira Sacra.
