This mixture of wild and cultivated mushrooms is composed of Boletus Edulis, Chanterelle, Black Trumpet, Senderuela and Shitake. The mixture of all of them brings different aromas and textures together in a single product.

To prepare this mixture of mushrooms you have to put them in warm water for at least 45 minutes, rinse, drain and ready to cook. Use them in your favorite recipes, as they enrich and flavour the dish
