Origin and production

This vinegar is produced on our estate, where we plant red and white grape vines to complement our Mediterranean triad: olive grove, cereal, and vineyards. Each drop is acidified in an artisanal manner, following the technique of the master vinegar makers of El Majuelo, creating a vinegar balanced between sweetness and acidity that respects the natural character of the grape.
