Our History

Sabor a Jamón, a company that elaborates its Iberian products handmade in the mountains of Salamanca, and selling its products in more than 20 countries around the world, having several physical stores in the area of Madrid and Castilla y León.

Our specialty, hams and sausages made from Iberian pigs, is complemented by a wide variety of products of the Spanish land, such as wines, olive oils, cheeses, etc. of the highest quality.

In the development of their work they continue using techniques of yesteryear, elaborating the Iberian products in an artisan way, curing slowly with the fresh air of the Salamanca mountain range. Pampering one by one each piece and getting that all have an unmistakable flavor and homogeneity.
