La Zurra is a drink that pays tribute to the typical drink of Navarra, La Rioja, the Basque Country and the Castiles, called Zurracapote or simply Zurra. A drink that takes us to the memory of those parties and family and friends gatherings, to recover those magical scents of fruits and cinnamon. Its creator, chef Carlos Cases, passionate about good products and gastronomy, pays tribute to all those memories through La Zurra.
