The 1982 vintage Armagnac from Domaine Del Cassou represents the excellence of the Bas-Armagnac terroir. Distilled in the Armagnac still, this spirit has aged for 43 years in Gascon oak barrels, resulting in a deep mahogany color and refined flavors. It is distinguished by notes of noble rancio, candied fruits, leather, and tobacco. The palate is dense and velvety, with melted tannins and a long, subtly spiced finish. Best enjoyed neat and at room temperature to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity.
