Ingredients:

Standardized extract of Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) powder (1.5% withanolides), Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) powder. Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic; Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; Antioxidant (powdered mixture of beta-carotene and ascorbic acid).

Composition (per 1 Vegcap):

• Standardized powdered ashwagandha root extract 300 mg
• Ashwagandha root powder 100 mg

Directions for use:

It is recommended to take 1 Solgar Ashwagandha vegetable capsule per day, preferably with meals or as indicated by a specialist.
