The Adaras Huella Red Wine Garnacha Tintorera - Monastrell comes from the Venta La Vega vineyards located in the D.O. Almansa. This excellent wine is made with 60% Garnacha Tintorera and 40% Monastrell, using grapes from vineyards over 30 years old for Garnacha and about 40 years old for Monastrell. Grown organically on limestone soils at an altitude of 850 meters, these conditions allow for a controlled production of approximately 5,000 kilos per hectare.
Maceration and fermentation are natural processes carried out for about 20 days, reaching maximum temperatures of 30ºC using concrete tanks and cisterns. Both alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation occur naturally, the latter being assisted in barrels and fudres of different sizes for a period of eight months, under the supervision of renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez.
This wine captivates with its cherry red color and violet reflections. On the nose, it presents a strong entry and fruity impact evoking fresh red fruit and smoky notes. Over time, aromas of riper fruit and spices develop, accompanied by a profile of black licorice and an elegant finish.
