Adega Mayor Sparkling Wine stands out for its composition of 70% Arinto and 30% Verdelho, varieties that contribute freshness and a fruity profile. The vinification is carried out through a meticulous process: the harvest is manual, ensuring the selection of the best grapes sent to the winery in 20 kg boxes. There, the grapes are gently destemmed and pressed, allowing the must to clarify before being slowly fermented at temperatures between 14 ºC and 16 ºC. These controlled conditions foster the development of fresh aromas, with hints of nuts reflected in the tasting, where a silky and persistent wine is appreciated. This sparkling wine, pale yellow in color and 12.5% alcohol, is perfect for toasting at celebrations or to accompany special moments.
