The Alagú Forcallat Red Wine is a unique expression of the D.O. Alicante, made exclusively from Forcallat grapes from 35-year-old vineyards. The sandy, limestone soil contributes to its characteristic flavor. The Casa Corredor Winery, part of MG Wines Group, stands out for its focus on high quality and the fusion of tradition and innovation. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in used barrels that adds special refinement. Subsequently, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels, enhancing its elegance.
