The vinification is carried out meticulously: the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at controlled temperatures of 26° to 28°C. Then, a 5-day post-fermentation maceration contributes to the extraction of intense flavors and aromas. Subsequently, after malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 15 months in French and American oak barrels, giving it remarkable complexity and structure. The aging process includes a minimum of 6 months in the bottle, allowing the wine to develop its distinctive character.
