Red Wine La Bruja Averia
Red Wine La Bruja Averia, made from 100% Garnacha grapes. This wine is produced by Gomando G Viticultores and has a Denomination of Origin Wines of Madrid. The vineyards, aged between 50 and 90 years, are located in Cadalso de los Vidrios and Rozas de Puerto Real (Sierra de Gredos) , and are worked in an ecological and biodynamic manner to obtain the best possible grapes, with steep slopes that are tended by hand and with mules in certain areas. Regarding the production process, care is taken with the grapes by destemming them as little as possible, with gentle fermentations, using open barrels, and crushing the grapes by foot rather than with pumps and aggressive remontages. Comando G places special emphasis on aging their Red Wine La Bruja Averia in wood, as they believe that Garnacha is very sensitive to wood, which is why their aging is done in large containers. As for the aging, it has an aging period of 5-7 months in French oak barrels.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
