Olagosa Barrel Fermented White Wine: belongs to Perica wineries and has a Rioja designation of origin.

It is made from two grape varieties: Viura (95%) and Malvasía (5%). As for its production process, after cold maceration of the grape skins with the must for approximately 24 hours, it ferments in new French oak barrels. Once fermentation in the barrel is finished, it will remain in contact with its lees for three months before being bottled.

It has an alcohol content of 13%.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 8ºC and 9ºC.
