Coming from vineyards over 50 years old, this wine is organically grown in very poor soils, ensuring a higher concentration of aromas and flavors. Its artisanal vinification process starts with a 5-day cold maceration to extract the maximum aromatic potential. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 25 ºC, preserving the freshness of the fruit, followed by malolactic fermentation in tank. With an alcohol content of 14 degrees, this red wine is well-structured and meaty, perfect for pairing with red meats, roasts, and cured meats.
