The Red Wine Pago de Marinacea Joven is an authentic gem from the Toro Designation of Origin, made with 100% Tinta de Toro grape variety and without aging in barrels.
Coming from the vineyards Las Brozas, La Jara, and Lebratinos, this red wine is born from vines over 50 years old, grown in a goblet style and with an ecological management that respects the environment. Planted in very poor sandy-loam soils, the vines produce a low yield, with only 4,000 kg per hectare, ensuring a higher concentration of aromas and flavors in each grape.
The winemaking process of this Toro red wine follows a careful artisanal process:
If you want to buy quality wine with the authentic character of Toro, the Red Wine Pago de Marinacea Joven is an excellent choice. Its structure, elegance, and balance make it an ideal wine to pair with red meats, roasts, aged cheeses, and Iberian cured meats.
Optimal serving temperature: between 15 and 18 ºC to fully enjoy its qualities.
