The Croft Original Fortified Wine is a masterpiece by González Byass, globally recognized for its fine Jerez wines. This exceptional wine is made entirely from the Palomino Fino variety, an emblematic grape of the region. During the harvest, each grape is handpicked to ensure that only the best make it to the winery. Following careful pressing, the “mosto yema,” known for its delicacy and elegance, is obtained. With an alcohol content of 17.5%, this wine presents a very pale straw color, clean and balanced aromas with floral notes and fruity tones.
