The Aroa Larrosa Rosé Wine, produced by Aroa Bodegas in the D.O. Navarra, is made from Garnacha grapes in certified vineyards that utilize organic and biodynamic farming practices. This winery is a pioneer in the region, creating wines that respect the environment and reflect the characteristics of their terroir. The vineyards, located at the boundary between the Urbasa and Andía mountains, benefit from a cool climate due to the influence of the Cantabrian Sea, providing the grapes with an excellent maturation process. Harvesting takes place in mid-October, and despite the challenging climatic conditions in 2017, the quality of the harvested grapes was exceptional. In the winery, the wine is produced through a direct bleeding process, followed by fermentation at low temperatures (around 16ºC), which helps preserve the fresh and fruity aromas. This rosé wine is noted for its freshness and fruity profile, featuring notes of red fruits like raspberries and subtle floral hints. With an alcohol content of 14% and a clean, bright appearance, it is an ideal wine to enjoy on any occasion.
