The Attis Sousón Red Wine from Bodega y Viñedos Attis is an excellent representative of the D.O. Rías Baixas, produced from 100% Sousón grapes. This varietal red wine aims to transport those who taste it to Atlantic Galicia, thanks to its intense color notes and high fruit load. Harvesting is done manually, followed by a careful selection process. Fermentation takes place in 500-liter barrels, with a total maceration of 15 days. After that, the wine undergoes aging for 12 months in French oak barrels, which gives it its characteristic rounded and sweet flavor, with a dense structure balanced by its acidity. Each 75 cl bottle is a testament to the dedication of the Fariña brothers, who respect the native characteristics of the varieties used, as reflected in the humid climate and granitic soil of their vineyard.
