Beronia Organic Crianza Red Wine
The Beronia Organic Crianza Red Wine comes from the Beronia winery, which has been part of the González Byass family of wineries since 1982. It belongs to the Rioja denomination of origin.
This wine is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes.
The Tempranillo variety is a grape considered native to La Rioja. It is the most characteristic native variety of this Denomination, the root of red wines, and one of the most recognized and noble varieties in the wine world. After a cold prefermentative maceration, the wine ages in mixed barrels of French and American oak, with American oak staves and a French oak bottom, where it remains for a minimum of six months. It then finishes its aging for two months in the bottle before being released for sale.
The bottle is 0.75 L. It is recommended to consume this wine between 15ºC and 17ºC.
This wine has an alcohol content of 13.5%. It has a total acidity of 4.9 and a volatile acidity of 0.48.
Beronia is a Spanish winery located in Rioja, founded in 1973 by a group of businessmen who are friends. Today, this winery is a reference point both nationally and internationally and belongs to the Rioja denomination of origin, which is the most recognized denomination in Spain. To the north, it borders the Cantabrian mountain range and to the south, the Sierra de la Demanda, creating a unique environment for the production of the best wines in Spain.
With this Beronia wine, it aims to present its more respectful side with winemaking by working in an ecological way, which is always interesting to give a twist to the more classic vinifications of the Rioja area.
