All the fruit comes from the vineyard located in the coolest and westernmost area of the Casablanca Valley, from blocks planted with Chardonnay clone Mendoza and other French clones on clay mixed with yellow sand.
After a hot and dry season, the grapes were harvested in March. Harvesting occurred during the night, with an ambient temperature of around 8 ° C (46 ° F).
