Cava Bach Brut Nature, part of the D.O. Cava in Spain, is a sparkling drink produced by Codorniu. This cava is made from the grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, and has won international awards such as the Silver Medal at Effervescents du Monde 2016. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, pressed, and fermented separately before being blended and bottled for a second fermentation. In appearance, it shows a pale straw yellow color. On tasting, it features a smooth entry, balanced acidity, and sparkling bubbles, with delicate aromas of citrus, apples, and almond blossom, enhanced by essences of honey and bakery notes.
