Mouth: 'Envolvente y carnoso, poderoso pero al mismo tiempo amable y delicado con con tanino muy fino, maduro y elegante, buena y equilibrada acidez que le aporta un detalle de viveza y frescor. Final sedoso y muy largo.'
Nose: 'Gran intensidad frutal con aromas de mora, grosella, arándanos y detalles de la endrina. Debido a su crianza encontramos un final de torrefacto que crean un conjunto elegante y sutil.'

Production: Selected grapes from vineyards over 40 years old. Fermentation of destemmed grapes.
Fermentation at controlled temperature (28ºC).
Long maceration for approximately 28 days. Aging and maturation
In new Bordeaux barrels made of French oak with a capacity of 225 liters.
Time spent in wood: 24 months. Bottle aging: a minimum of 15 months.
Color: Bright intense ruby with slight garnet highlights at the rim, with a high layer.
Aroma: Complex, ripe fruits, spices, vanilla, cinnamon, toasted bread, ripe plums with a sweet, delicate, and complex touch.
Flavor: Long and silky with soft tannins, both from the wine and the barrel, velvety, elegant, and very well balanced.
