The Cuatro Rayas Cuarenta Vendimias Sauvignon White Wine is a tribute to renowned winemaker Ángel Calleja, who celebrated 40 harvests in 2015. This wine is produced by Bodega Cuatro Rayas from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, belonging to the Denomination of Origin Rueda. The grapes are selected from old vines to achieve the best quality, undergoing cold maceration and fermentation at 15ºC to highlight its unique characteristics. In appearance, it showcases a pale yellow color, while the nose reveals citrus fruit aromas with a floral background and a balsamic touch reminiscent of peppermint. On the palate, it delights with its refreshing acidity and citrus flavors. With an alcohol content of 13%, it is ideal for consumption at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC. Its maturation of 6 months contributes to its structure and character. The selling format is a 75cl bottle.
