The 'White Wine El Gordo del Circo' is an exceptional wine produced by Casa Rojo winery located in Murcia and included in the Denomination of Origin Rueda. Made exclusively from Verdejo grapes, this wine is a clear representative of the wine tradition of Castilla León. Old vines and the special soil of Olmedo impart an unparalleled character to this wine. The harvest takes place in the first week of September under optimal conditions around 10º C. After careful maceration, the grape is pressed to obtain the free-run juice, followed by fermentation at 14º C, leading to a wine with a balanced profile and 13.5% alcohol.
