The El Grifo Rosé Wine is an exquisite representation of Canary wines, ideal for those seeking quality in the Canary Islands. It is distinguished by a winemaking process where, after pressing the Listán Negro grapes, the first tears, known as free-run juice, are extracted without pressure. This juice is fermented at 17 ºC to retain its freshness and fruity character. The El Grifo winery added this rosé to its catalog, competing with their traditional rosé, since the 2017 harvest. After briefly maturing, the wine is clarified, filtered, and bottled quickly, retaining its smooth, balanced, and refreshing flavor.
