The El Sastre and The Monkey Crianza Red Wine is an elegant expression of the D.O.Ca Rioja. This wine combines Tempranillo grapes (70%), Garnacha (20%), and Graciano (10%) from selected vineyards located in Baños de Ebro, San Asensio, and Medrano. These vineyards, planted in clay-limestone soils, lend freshness and structure to the wine. During vinification, the grapes are hand-selected, destemmed, and pressed before fermenting in concrete tanks at 28°C. After a 20-day maceration, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for 12 to 14 months in French and American oak barrels. This results in a round, fruity wine with aromas of dried plums, cinnamon, and candied strawberries. Its alcohol content is 13.5% and it is presented in a 75 cl bottle. It is recommended to consume at 16°C to fully appreciate its characteristics. The vintage of this wine is 2018.
