The Emina Sauvignon White Wine is a notable example from Bodegas Familiares Matarromera. This wine, made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, comes from the prestigious plots Finca La Buitrera and Finca La Bodeguilla. It presents a very pale straw yellow color with silver highlights and possesses a bouquet of tropical aromas of green pineapple and mango. Upon aeration, notes of boxwood and herbaceous tones emerge, along with a citrus background and red pepper. This wine does not go through barrel aging, allowing it to maintain its freshness and acidity, achieving an excellent balance in the mouth with a unique volume and body. With an alcohol content of 13%, it is recommended to enjoy it at 6-8ºC. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days at 16ºC. It is part of the Denomination of Origin Rueda.
