Production
This craft gin is made following a secret recipe that includes juniper berries, coriander seeds, licorice root, a large number of plants, mostly Japanese, and other plant-based ingredients such as yuzu peel or independent producers' matcha powder. A traditional Japanese touch that contrasts with its modern image inspired by the long and bustling nights of Tokyo. It is distilled from sugar cane molasses and macerated for 24 hours.
Consumption
It is recommended to serve in a glass filled with ice, aromatize the inside with yuzu or lemon peel, and accompany with your favorite classic tonic.
