The cherry blossom festival in Japan, known as hanami, served as inspiration to create this gin that adds to the original Burleighs recipe ingredients that evoke that oriental style as the aforementioned cherry blossom, rose, hibiscus blossom or pink grapefruit. Markedly floral and very delicate, we are facing a spirit soft and very easy to drink perfect to accompany with tonic and a slice of fresh pink grapefruit.
Making
To make this gin, it is distilled in copper stills with a careful selection of ingredients including sweet hibiscus, cherry blossom, rose and pink grapefruit peel.
Drinking
It is recommended to serve in a well-chilled balloon glass, with classic tonic and a slice of fresh grapefruit.
