The Nordés Miniature Gin in its 5cl presentation is a unique spirit born from the union of a sommelier, a winemaker, and a master distiller. Since its creation in July 2012, this elixir has captivated with its careful production process, beginning with a slow and meticulous distillation of Albariño wine. The gin is infused with 14 botanicals selected from the Atlantic region of Galicia, including ingredients like bay leaf, caralleira, broom, marsh samphire, lemon verbena, among others, creating a complex and aromatic flavor profile. The production includes three individual distillations for each botanical and a fourth distillation with the final blend, ensuring maximum quality. The infusions are made following biodynamic rhythms, adjusting to lunar phases. Nordés is recommended to be served neat, to appreciate its perfumed character, although it is also an excellent option mixed with tonic and ice, even flavored with grape carpaccio. Its mouthfeel is silky and fresh, making this gin an exceptional choice for any occasion.
