Made by Alambique de Santa Marta in Aljavir, Madrid, this gin is distinguished by its eco-friendly production method and respect for the denomination of origin. Honoring the Madrilenian symbol of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree, Ginbear is distilled using 15 natural botanicals, such as spices, flowers, and fruits, which macerate for 7 to 10 days. The alcohol is derived from high-quality wheat and then distilled in a copper pot still, resulting in a gin with a soft aroma and notable smoothness.
