Tequila Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado is the result of a meticulous artisanal process that begins in the fields of the Jose Cuervo Family. The best Tequilana Weber agaves are carefully selected, cooked in stone and clay ovens. The resulting aguamiel is fermented until sugar turns into alcohol. This process includes double distillation in copper stills to preserve the authentic flavor of the agave. The preparation results in a drink with a crystal-clear color and bluish reflections, along with an unmistakable citrus touch and fruity notes. Visually, it shows a straw-yellow color and brilliant golden tones, while on the nose, the balance of agave, fruit, woody notes, and fresh herbs stands out. On the palate, the tequila offers agave flavors with a subtle spiced touch and a slightly citrusy smoky finish.
